Long-term projects: Soquel San Jose Road is down to one lane between Rancho Soquel Road and Conference Ground Road because they’re fixing stormwater damage. This is causing delays and sometimes the road is fully closed for up to 30 minutes. This started on June 17 and will go on until the end of October, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. each day, as long as the weather.
