Road incidents as of 8:30 p.m. on Feb. 10
- A single-car accident happened on Highway 1 South at 41st Avenue at 7:23 p.m. today. The car was on its side with the driver inside and the interior lights on. It was stuck in the mud and may have hit an embankment. Passersby stopped to help, and both vehicles had their hazard lights on. Emergency services were initially sent but later canceled.
- A lane on South Highway 1 at Soquel Drive in the Eastside/Live Oak area is closed for landscape work. The closure is expected to end by 11:59 p.m. on March 31.
Long-term projects

- A single lane on Little Basin Road near Big Basin Way in San Lorenzo Valley is closed for storm damage repair. Expect traffic delays from January 16 to May 13, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., weather permitting.
