Road incidents as of 9:30 p.m. on Apr. 21
- A traffic hazard was reported today involving a man dressed in all black walking on the fog line at the intersection of Highway 1 North and the State Route 129 Onramp in Watsonville/Pajaro. No vehicles were involved.
