The property will offer one on-site parking space and one non-exclusive street parking space for guests. Safety features at the site include smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, fire extinguishers and egress windows and doors. Additionally, the property is equipped with a hot tub featuring a locking safety cover and decks with required guardrails.
