Property development

  • The Santa Cruz County Planning Department has received a zoning application for a project at 430 8th Ave., Santa Cruz. The proposal seeks to renew a permit that allows the four-bedroom property to operate as a vacation rental, with overnight stays limited to no more than 30 days at a time.
