Long-term projects

These have been going on for a while, but are still worth keeping in mind.

  • A single lane will be closed on Sims Rd and La Madrona Drive from Brook Knoll Road to 600 La Madrona Drive in the Eastside / Live Oak area from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. due to a pipeline project by SCWD and SLVWD. • Richmond Drive and Portola Drive at 24th Avenue in Eastside / Live Oak are experiencing traffic delays and lane closures because of the Rodeo pump station upgrade project. The closure started on February 25 and usually happens from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. There were special construction hours from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on April 12-13. The project is expected to last through September 30, weather permitting.
