Road incidents as of 8:30 p.m. on February 19
- Both southbound lanes on Highway 9 at Graham Hill, near 10395 Soquel Dr, Aptos, are closed due to road and weather conditions. PG&E is directing one-way traffic in the northbound lane. The southbound lanes are expected to stay closed until the morning of February 20.
- There is a one-way traffic closure on South Highway 9 at Lorenzo Avenue in San Lorenzo Valley because of emergency work. The closure is expected to end at 3:59 p.m. on April 1.
- A traffic collision happened at the intersection of Soquel Dr and Trout Gulch Rd in Aptos at 7:47 p.m. today. The crash involved a small SUV and a red vehicle. One of the vehicles hit a pole, but it’s not clear if the pole is blocking the road. The SUV went to the Starbucks parking lot, and the other vehicle may have turned into the Cat/Cloud parking lot. It’s unknown if anyone was injured.
- One lane of North Highway 9 at Encinal Street, near Westside and Downtown, is closed for shoulder work. The closure will last until 3:01 p.m. on February 28.
- A lane on westbound SR-152 at Clifford Drive/Ohlone Parkway in Watsonville and Pajaro is closed for asphalt paving. The closure is expected to last until July 3, ending at 5:59 a.m.
