  4. Santa Cruz’s Wolf Jett have dealt with some stuff — but now they’re back in the spotlight with a soulful new album, and a show to celebrate.
  5. If you’ve been keeping up with the evolution of the sound of SoCal rock warriors Cold War Kids, you’ll want to see how they might surprise you at The Catalyst 
  6. Time to come clean: You love “Mamma Mia!”, and you’re not going to be able to resist Pacific Collegiate School’s new production.
  7. Sometimes you just need to hear a little Prince. The tribute band The Purple Ones can scratch that itch for you.
  8. The Record Company is a lean, gritty trio with roadhouse rock ’n’ roll on their minds and the blues in their hearts. See them in Felton.
  9. Bay Area sax master Caleb Dillon-Murray is planning to drop his latest recording at the Kuumbwa, which on Friday will be “The Place to Be.”
