When the munchies strike this Saturday, head to Humble Sea Brewing Co. on Santa Cruz’s Westside for a 420 Bake Sale from noon to 5 p.m. The mini-food festival takes place in its outdoor beer garden, and features some talented local vendors, including Scrumptious Fish & Chips, What’s Popp’n Popcorn and TSP Vanilla. Cracked Cookies is bringing nine different flavors of its signature buttery, chewy cookies, including chocolate salted caramel, birthday cookie and churro.
Shanty Shack Brewing in Santa Cruz is throwing a party to celebrate one of its favorite holidays. 4/20 Fest goes all day Saturday, with live music from Love Creek Bank, Little John the DJ and The Higher Collective, plus a special beer release from Shanty. Local food truck Saucey’z will provide the munchies – don’t miss his famous Brussels sprouts – and artist Danni Rowan will give a live glass-blowing demonstration.
