Road incidents as of 9:30 p.m. on Mar. 17
- A traffic hazard involving a tree was reported on Highway 9 near the Unnamed Castle Rock Non-system Route in San Lorenzo Valley. The incident was first reported at 8:54 p.m. and updated at 9:29 p.m. today.
- A lane on South Highway 1 at Soquel Drive is closed for landscape work. The closure will last until 11:59 p.m. on March 31.
- A traffic collision happened on Highway 17 North at Vine Hill Road in Scotts Valley at 8:51 p.m. today. A single vehicle blocked both lanes, causing other vehicles to stop. Debris was cleared, and vehicles were directed to pass on the shoulder. Extreme Tow was called to assist.
Long-term projects
