Roadwork is affecting traffic near you
  • Today, there was a big car crash on SR1 near Cement Plant Rd. The car lost control, got badly damaged, and ended up 30 feet off the road on some railroad tracks. There were serious injuries. Parts of the car and a tire ended up in the northbound lanes. The road was closed but opened back up before 7:00 a.m. Emergency services took care of it.
