Property development

  • A permit application has been filed for a project at 2861 S Palisades Ave., Santa Cruz 95062, proposing 498-square-foot addition to the existing two-story home. The plans include a new bedroom and a second-story deck, as well as approval to recognize and relocate two existing sheds within the property setbacks. The application requests variances to reduce the required front yard setbacks from feet to 10 feet along both South Palisades Avenue for the addition and Chesterfield Drive for one of the sheds. A Coastal Development Permit is required for these proposed changes. (view details)
