- The Santa Cruz County Planning Department has received a zoning application for a proposed project at 415 Sinclair Lane in the Live Oak Planning Area. The proposal aims to convert an existing single-family home into a two-bedroom vacation rental, available for short-term stays of less than 30 days. To move forward, the project requires a Vacation Rental Permit. The property is located on the north side of Sinclair Lane, about 85 feet northeast of its intersection with Fresno Street.
