Roadwork is affecting traffic in the region

• South Highway 9 at Lorenzo Avenue in San Lorenzo Valley has one-way traffic because of emergency work. This closure will last until April 1.
   
• CHP helped Caltrans with maintenance work at 195 Capitola Rd Ext today. The Safety Service Program was also there to provide information and support.

• The Santa Cruz County Planning Department has received a zoning application for a project at 545 14th Avenue. The proposal seeks to renew a permit for a three-bedroom vacation rental in the existing single-family home at this address. • A permit application has been filed for a project at 2950 PLEASURE Point Dr, Santa Cruz 95062, proposing to remove the current landscaping and relocate the courtyard wall closer to the street within the front yard setback area.
