Roadwork is affecting traffic in the region
- An owl was hit and injured on Highway 1 North at San Andreas in Aptos, causing traffic to slow. The incident was reported at 6:50 a.m. and updated at 7:00 a.m. today.
- A defective traffic signal was reported at the intersection of Highway 1 North and Park in Capitola/Soquel. The traffic lights were flashing red and were expected to remain this way until 6:00 p.m. The issue has been reported to the relevant authorities.
