Things to do in Aptos
Property development
- The Santa Cruz County Planning Department has received a zoning application for a project at 230 Rio Del Mar Blvd., #D, in the Aptos Planning Area. The proposal seeks to renew an existing permit for a vacation rental at this address. If approved, the permit would continue to allow overnight lodging for periods of up to 30 days at a time. The application is specifically for a non-hosted short-term rental and requires approval of a Vacation Rental Renewal Permit. (view application)
