Roadwork is affecting traffic near you
- Long-term projects: A single lane on Little Basin Rd is closed from December 23 to April 25, between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., for construction of two retaining walls, causing traffic delays.

The property owner has now addressed these issues, bringing the property into compliance. As a result, they have been assessed fees that must be paid to the county.
- The property at 10158 E Zayante Rd, Felton, which was cited for building code violations under case number NV24930, has now resolved the issues initially identified on July 11, 2023. The violations included neglected property conditions with trash accumulation, multiple inoperable vehicles, scattered construction materials, and various personal items dispersed across the premises. The property owner has addressed these concerns, bringing the site into compliance. As a result, they have been assessed fees that must be paid to the county.
