OPINION: Riding a bike should not be so dangerous in Santa Cruz County – plastic balusters are endangering cyclists

Longtime Santa Cruz County resident Rick Boyce critiques the county’s approach to traffic safety, especially the use of plastic balusters meant to protect cyclists.
