Property development

• The Santa Cruz County Planning Department is currently accepting public comments on a zoning application to renew a permit for a three-bedroom vacation rental at 400 Oceanview Drive, Watsonville 95076. The proposed project would allow the existing single-family home to continue offering overnight lodging for periods of up to 30 days at a time, and would extend the permit’s expiration date from December 15, 2025, to December 15, 203..
