Property development
- A permit application has been filed for a new development at 50 College Rd, Watsonville. The proposed project includes constructing a 1,000 square foot detached garage with a 1,000 square foot accessory dwelling unit (ADU) above it, on a lot that currently hosts a single-family home. This development requires an Administrative Site Development Permit due to the size of the accessory structure. Additionally, a Minor Exception is needed to reduce the side yard setback from the standard 10 feet to 5 feet. The property is situated on the south side of College Road, approximately 800 feet east of the intersection with East Lake. (view details)
