Thomas Frey’s latest roundup reveals the future colleges and universities where Santa Cruz County’s high school athletes will continue their sports careers, providing a glimpse into the next steps for these local stars. As repairs on Bethany Curve progress, Santa Cruz residents can look forward to the partial reopening of West Cliff Drive by midsummer, with the city also considering a managed retreat for another section of this coastal road.
