The Santa Cruz County Fair has a new leader. Longtime Watsonville resident and nonprofit executive Dori Rose Inda has been named the new CEO of the county fair.

Inda most recently served as the CEO of Salud Para Gente, the Watsonville-based health care agency. She also founded and directed the Watsonville Law Center, which offered legal services to underserved populations in the Pajaro Valley. Inda has lived in Watsonville for more than 30 years and holds degrees from UC Berkeley and Santa Clara University School of Law.

Inda replaces Zeke Fraser as the fair’s manager. Fraser resigned in January for health reasons. The Santa Cruz County Fair takes place Sept. 10-14
