Road incidents as of 9:30 p.m. on June 5
- A traffic hazard was reported today in the #1 lane at the intersection of Soquel Ave. and La Fonda Ave. in the Eastside/Live Oak area.
- There was a traffic incident on Highway 17 North at the intersection with Sugarloaf Road in Scotts Valley. The California Highway Patrol assisted with construction activities from 7:30 p.m. to 1:30 a.m. This was reported today.
- A traffic hazard was reported today on Highway 1 at the intersection of Larkin Valley Rd, Seascape, and San Andreas in Aptos. The issue is in the northbound lane, and no vehicles are involved.
- A traffic incident occurred on Highway 1 North near Buena Vista in Watsonville. The northbound #1 lane between Buena Vista and Las Vegas was closed due to construction. This was reported today.
- The southbound lanes of Highway 1 in Capitola/Soquel are facing closures for roadwork. This closure will continue until August 29 at 6:30 a.m.
Long-term projects

Expect traffic delays and lane closures on Richmond and Portola Drive at 24th Avenue from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. today, weather permitting. Special construction hours were scheduled for April 12-13, from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. each day.
