Road incidents as of 9:30 p.m. on March 26
- There was a traffic incident today in the Watsonville / Pajaro area.
- A lane on westbound SR-152 at Clifford Drive/Ohlone Parkway in Watsonville/Pajaro is closed for asphalt paving. The closure will until July 3, ending at 5:59 a.m.
- Two vehicles, a maroon Nissan and a silver Mercedes, crashed at Prescott Rd and Glen Haven Rd in Capitola / Soquel at 7:00 p.m. today. There were injuries. The driver of the maroon Nissan seemed to be under the influence and was stumbling when getting out of the car. Both vehicles were towed away.
- A low-hanging wire caused Empire Grade to be closed at Conifer Ln in the Bonny Doon/Davenport area today. Residents could leave the area but not enter, and were told to temporarily remove and replace tape to get through the closure. The closure affected Empire Grade southbound from Conifer Ln down to 9519 Empire Grade. Fire and CHP were on scene handling the situation.
- South Highway9 at Lorenzo Avenue in San Lorenzo Valley has one-way traffic because of emergency work. This closure will last until 3:59 p.m. on April 1.
