Freedom Rotary is thrilled to announce the return of ‘Uncork Corralitos’ Garden Party Fundraiser at Alladin Nursery in Corralitos on Saturday October 18th.
Attendees will have the opportunity to freely wander through the enchanting gardens of Alladin Nursery while enjoying unlimited tastings of an array of local wines, beer, and cider, while listening to the incredible live sounds of local favorites, The Alex Lucero Band. There will also be some of our most beloved food trucks joining the party!

Last year’s event raised $30,000 for scholarships for Pajaro High School students who experienced challenging emotional and financial effects of the Pajaro River breech flooding in March of 2023. The previous year raised funds for Second Harvest Food Bank of Santa Cruz County and El Pajaro CDC.

This year, the Freedom Rotary Club is making a significant impact by raising funds to sponsor several local non-profits. With your help, we are looking to raise $40,000 at this annual event will lend support to three local non-profits:
- The Salvation Army Watsonville
- Birchbark Foundation
- Scout Troop 505
These non-profits specialize in providing assistance with critical medical care local pets, providing 7 days a week feeding support to ensure local Individuals’ families dealing with food insecurity are taken care and helping underprivileged youth.
Tickets include unlimited tasting and a wine glass keepsake. Designated drivers and children are welcome to join paid ticket holders free of charge. Early bird tickets were $50 and now are $60. To upgrade to VIP, purchase the VIP add-on on for $40, which includes early entry and access to a private wine-tasting garden (at neighboring El Vaquero Winery) with 10-12 exclusive library premium wine tastings, beer and cider tastings and charcuterie.

Freedom Rotary is a group of local community leaders, business owners, and professionals with a mission to give back to the community through volunteering and organizing fundraising events to benefit the community. If you would like to learn more about the district’s fastest-growing Rotary club, join one of their weekly meetings. On the 1st and 3rd Tuesday of each month at 5:15 p.m., they meet at El Vaquero Winery, and on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday at 12:15 p.m., they meet in the Ag History Museum at the Santa Cruz County Fairgrounds.
