Starting Sunday and running through Aug. 8, Soquel Creek Water District will begin its Main Repair/Replacement Project at the intersection of State Park Drive and Soquel Drive in Aptos.
Roadwork will take place overnight between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. During this time, westbound Soquel Drive will be reduced to one lane, and the right-turn lane from northbound State Park Drive to eastbound Soquel Drive will be periodically closed.
The project includes installing approximately 65 linear feet of pipeline to repair a leaking valve near the Safeway gas station.
