Road incidents as of 8:30 p.m. on December 3
- A hit and run happened at 1535 Commercial Way in Eastside / Live Oak at 8:20 p.m. today. A red or black SUV hit a parked car, pushing it onto the curb and into a sign post, then drove away toward Firefly Coffee. No one was hurt.
- A traffic collision happened at Highway 9 and Glen Arbor Rd in San Lorenzo Valley at 8:15 p.m. today. Someone reported their vehicle was hit from behind and is stopping at the Ben Lomond Market. The other vehicle involved is a white Ram pickup truck.
- There is a one-way traffic closure on North Highway 9 at Prospect Avenue in San Lorenzo Valley because of emergency work. The closure is expected to end at 3:59 p.m. on December 5.
- There was a construction-related incident on southbound Highway 1 near Vista Point in Aptos. CHP assisted at the scene. The incident was reported today.
