This Sunday, pop-up Pogonip Pizza is hosting a fundraiser at Woodhouse Blending & Brewing in Santa Cruz from 2 to 7 p.m. All of the proceeds will go to three Los Angeles-based entities and friends of Pogonip Pizza affected by the Southern California fires: Side Pie, an Altadena restaurant that burned down; Urban Homestead, a family farm in Pasadena; and Slice Out Hunger, a nonprofit providing pizza to hungry families during fire relief. Pizzas are $17 to $25 each.
The Grove Café and Bakery in Felton is back with another Neighborhood Night this Sunday from 5 to 8 p.m. This month, chef Jessica Yarr is throwing a classic crab boil. A full seafood dinner is $60 and includes a half Dungeness crab with potatoes and corn, Caesar salad, homemade Parker House rolls and New York cheesecake. Items are also available à la carte.
