The Capitola Police Department is accepting applications for parking enforcement officers. Parking enforcement officers handle tasks such as determining parking violations, issuing citations, managing pay stations throughout Capitola Village and assisting police officers with related matters like traffic collisions. Enforcement officers will also work with police officers, the city’s public works department and other city staff to help create a safe and peaceful community for residents and visitors alike. Parking enforcement officer positions are full-time – 40 hours per week – and employees earn a competitive salary of up to $5,107 per month, as well as comprehensive benefits.
