  • The Santa Cruz County Planning Department is currently accepting public comments on a zoning application for a proposed project at 4140 Porter Gulch Rd. in Aptos. The project seeks approval to construct a 4,800 square foot non-habitable accessory structure, which requires an Administrative Site Development Permit.
