Road incidents as of 9:30 p.m. on April 22
- A car went off the road about 30 feet at Empire Grade and Smith Grade in Bonny Doon / Davenport around 7:45 p.m. today. The airbags went off, and one person was found outside the car, conscious and breathing. Emergency services and a tow truck were on the way.
- The westbound lane at Rio Del Mar Blvd. and Meadowlark Ln in Aptos is closed, but the eastbound lane is still open. The closure was reported by PG&E and is expected to last from 4:30 p.m. to midnight today.
- A lane on westbound SR-152 at Clifford Drive/Ohlone Parkway in Watsonville and Pajaro is closed for asphalt paving. The closure will last until July 3 at 5:59 a.m.
- A lane on east SR-129 at Union Street in Watsonville / Pajaro is closed for utility work. The closure will end at 3:01 p.m. today.
- CHP helped Caltrans with maintenance work at the intersection of Highway 1 South and 41st Avenue in the Eastside / Live Oak area. Officers Busath and Mutoza were there in one vehicle as Z40. The incident was reported today.
