County authorities have confirmed that corrective actions have been taken, and they are currently monitoring the property to ensure ongoing compliance with all relevant codes and regulations.
- The property at 1385 Lido Way, Santa Cruz, was cited on October 21, 2024, for building code violations under case number NV25157. The violations included unauthorized new construction, such as modifications to the garage with new framed sections and electrical work, the construction of a new gazebo in the rear yard within setback limits, and ongoing breezeway construction—all completed without the required permits and approvals. County officials have confirmed that these violations have now been addressed, and they are actively monitoring the property to ensure continued compliance.
