The violations included unauthorized new construction, such as modifications to the garage with new framed sections and electrical work, the construction of a new gazebo in the rear yard within setback limits, and ongoing breezeway construction—all completed without the required permits and approvals. County officials have confirmed that these violations have now been addressed, and they are actively monitoring the property to ensure continued compliance.
