Property development
- The Santa Cruz County Planning Department has received a zoning application for a project at 1430 Quail Hollow Road in Ben Lomond, CA, within the San Lorenzo Valley Planning Area. The proposal involves demolishing an existing 840 square foot single-story garage and replacing it with a two-story accessory structure. The new building will feature an 888 square foot garage on the lower level and a 1,086 square foot storage room with a 336 square foot deck on the upper level. During the construction period, two shipping containers will be utilized for temporary storage. The project, located approximately 300 feet south of the intersection with Vista Robles Drive, requires an Administrative Site Development Permit. (view application)
