- The property at 21460 Bear Creek Rd, Los Gatos, CA 95033-821, which was first cited for code violations on December 4, has now addressed the issues identified under case NV25320. The violations included the construction of a non-permitted rear deck and railing, as well as inadequate erosion control on the front yard hillside, where a retaining wall was required to prevent soil instability. County officials have confirmed that corrective actions have been taken, and they are currently monitoring the property to ensure ongoing compliance with building and environmental codes.
