  • As of today, the code violations first cited on November 26, for the property at 626 Nottingham Way, Boulder Creek (case number NV25316), have been addressed. The violations included unpermitted occupancy of the garage, maintaining an unpermitted structure on a parcel classified as vacant, neglect related to outdoor storage of materials, and parking a recreational vehicle on a vacant parcel. County officials confirm that corrective actions have been taken, and they are continuing to monitor the property to ensure ongoing compliance with local building and zoning codes.

  • The property at 21460 Bear Creek Rd, Los Gatos, CA 95033-821, which was first cited for code violations on December 4, has now addressed the issues identified under case NV25320. The violations included the construction of a non-permitted rear deck and railing, as well as inadequate erosion control on the front yard hillside, where a retaining wall was required to prevent soil instability.
