  • A person was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol and causing an injury crash. The incident happened near Broadway & San Lorenzo Boulevard, Santa Cruz, at 1 a.m. on Oct. 3. The passenger was identified, and the vehicle was stored because of the arrest. (source)
     
  • An extortion incident was reported near the 200 block of San Lorenzo Boulevard, Santa Cruz. It happened around midnight on Oct. 4. (source)
     
  • Police investigated a burglary and property damage that happened near the 1500 block of Pacific Avenue, Santa Cruz, at 3 a.m. on Oct. 3. Officers searched the area for video footage related to the incident. (source)
