Roadwork is affecting traffic in the region

  • The on-ramp from Park Avenue to Highway 1 is facing closures because of paving work. The closure is expected to last until Nov. 19.
     
  • The southbound Highway 1 off-ramp at Bay Avenue in Capitola is scheduled to be closed for approximately four months as crews reconstruct the ramp as part of the bus-on-shoulder facility. The closure began on Aug. 2.

No crimes to report today

We checked with local police and there were no new incidents to report.
