Registration is now open to march in the Scotts Valley 4th of July Parade, a free and family-friendly event.
The 4th of July Celebration will begin at 11 am with a parade and flyover. Children’s activities begin even earlier in the day with the Kids Fun Zone running from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The fun will include bounce houses, food trucks, and more.
The parade will follow last year’s extended route along Scotts Valley Drive between El Pueblo Road and Disc Drive. Anyone wanting to march in the Parade as an individual or with a group can apply online at this link. Day-of entries will not be considered.
Afterwards, attendees can enjoy a post-parade party with a beer garden and live music by Anthony Arya, a former contestant on “The Voice.”
The event is a collaboration between the Scotts Valley Boys and Girls Club, Scotts Valley Recreation, and Food Trucks A Go Go, and Steel Bonnet Brewing Company.
Registration to attend the event is not required. Those wanting to volunteer can sign up online.
