Road incidents as of 8 a.m. on February 26
- South Highway 9 at Lorenzo Avenue in San Lorenzo Valley has one-way traffic because of emergency work. This closure will last until April 1 at 3:59 p.m.
- A lane on westbound SR-152 at Clifford Drive/Ohlone Parkway in Watsonville/Pajaro is closed for asphalt paving. The closure is expected to last until July 3 at 5:59 a.m.
- One lane is closed on North Highway 9 at Encinal Street in the Westside/Downtown area because of shoulder work. The closure will last until 3:01 p.m. on February 28.
- Defective traffic signals were reported at SR152 and Holohan Rd in Watsonville / Pajaro at 7:44 a.m. today. The signal was skipping the turn lane, which caused traffic to back up.
- Defective traffic signals were reported today at the intersection of SR129 and Industrial Rd in Watsonville / Pajaro. An estimated time for repairs was given.
- A gray Nissan Pathfinder was involved in a hit and run with a bicyclist at the northbound onramp of State Park Drive and Highway 1 in Aptos. No injuries were reported. The incident was reported today.
