This Sunday at Branciforte Small Schools Campus, Vive Oaxaca Guelaguetza returns to celebrate the vibrant culture of Oaxaca, a region and city in southern Mexico. Guelaguetza traditionally honors the gods for sufficient rainfall and a bountiful harvest. At this local festival, experience regional music, dancing and crafts, and food. Oaxaca is renowned for its cuisine, especially mole, and there will be food for purchase at the event. Come hungry.
