Road incidents as of 9:30 p.m. on October 31
- A wrong-way driver was reported near Beach Rd and Clearwater Ln in Watsonville / Pajaro at 8:38 p.m. today. Officers stopped the vehicle shortly after, and a tow was requested.
- A traffic collision happened at 8:07 p.m. today at 952 Love Creek Rd in San Lorenzo Valley. A vehicle was found on its side. Emergency services responded, and a tow was requested but later cancelled. Fire and law enforcement provided updates, and a DUI arrest was made in connection with the incident.
- There is a one-way traffic closure on North Highway 9 at Prospect Avenue in San Lorenzo Valley because of emergency work. The closure is expected to end at 3:59 p.m. on December 5.
Long-term projects

- Richmond Drive at Portola Drive and 24th Avenue in Twin Lakes is closed because of ongoing project work. The road will stay closed until today due to unexpected issues that required more time to finish the work.
- PG&E has started construction to replace a gas main in the Arroyo and Jolon Drive neighborhood off Green Valley Road in Corralitos / Freedom. There is a soft road closure in the area, and work is expected to continue through November 25.
