The Monterey Bay Mariachi Festival is bringing some of the region’s best mariachi musicians to Cabrillo College’s Samper Recital Hall on Saturday, May 31.
Snazzy Productions is hosting the festival from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. The community-centered event will showcase some of Monterey and Santa Cruz counties’ best youth mariachi ensembles.
Featured performances will include Mariachi Ilusión, Mariachi Alma de México, Mariachi Juvenil de Alisal and Mariachi Eterno de UCSC. The festival will conclude with a grand finale by Mariachi Libertad, a group composed of top-tier mariachi musicians from across the region.
