For many, classic cocktails and great old stories from local history make for an irresistible combination. The Santa Cruz Museum of Art & History, in collaboration with the neighboring mixology lab Front & Cooper, is hosting an evening of timeless cocktails and tales from the MAH’s historical archives on Sunday, Nov. 17, at 3 p.m.
This weekend’s guest speaker is Rebecca Hernandez on the local history of powwows and other intertribal community gatherings to honor Native American Heritage Month. A $30 ticket gets you a cocktail and admission to the museum ($25 for MAH members).
