- A permit application has been filed for a major redevelopment at 206 BAYVIEW Ct in Aptos. The proposal calls for demolishing the existing 750 square foot single-family home and constructing a new two-story residence with a total area of 2,791 square feet. Plans also include a 443 square foot attached garage and a 500 square foot attached Junior Accessory Dwelling Unit (JADU).
