Property development

This two-bedroom vacation rental, located on the west side of Tiburon Court, approximately 300 feet north of Seascape Boulevard, will continue operations under the renewed permit. The approval process adhered to Santa Cruz County Code section 13.10.694, with public comments having been accepted until June 13, and a decision made on or after June 16. Residents had the opportunity to appeal the decision within two weeks of the decision date.
