Property development

  • A permit application has been filed for a project at Seascape Resort Drive in Aptos, proposing the installation of a 6-inch glass panel railing onto the existing closed stucco railing at Seascape Resort. The planned modification is located on the southeastern side of Seascape Resort Drive and, because it falls within the coastal zone, requires a Coastal Development Permit before proceeding.
