Road incidents as of 9:30 p.m. on May 14
- Highway 9 at Cascade Avenue in San Lorenzo Valley has one-way traffic due to ongoing work. This closure will last until August 31.
- A lane on westbound SR-152 at Clifford Drive/Ohlone Parkway in Watsonville and Pajaro is closed for asphalt paving. The closure will last until July 3 at 5:59 a.m.
- Alternating lanes are closed on South Highway 1 at Bay Avenue in Capitola / Soquel because of bridge work. The closure is expected to end at 6:30 a.m. tomorrow.
- Alternating lanes are closed on North Highway 1 at State Park Drive in Aptos because of bridge work. The closure is expected to end at 4:59 a.m. tomorrow.
- There is one-way traffic on North Highway 9 in San Lorenzo Valley because of electrical work. The closure will end today at 2:01 p.m.
- CHP helped with construction work at the intersection of Highway 1 South and Buena Vista in Watsonville / Pajaro today.
- CHP helped with construction work at the northbound Highway 1 off-ramp at Rio Del Mar Boulevard in Aptos today.
Long-term projects

- A single lane on 41st Ave. near Safeway in Soquel will be closed for emergency sewer repairs from Monday night, May 11 through Thursday morning, today. Traffic will be shifted during work hours, and minimal delays are expected.
