Property development
- The Santa Cruz County Planning Department is currently accepting public comments on a zoning application for 3530 Portola Drive, where the project proposes to make permanent an existing outdoor seating area in the front patio of an existing bar, allowing for more than 12 seats. The application also seeks approval for a fence in the front yard setback that is over 3 feet tall. This project requires both an Administrative Use Permit and a Minor Site Development Permit.
