Property development

  • The Santa Cruz County Planning Department has formally approved a zoning application for a new vacation rental project at 768 Crystal Lane as of May 1. The approved project will allow the operation of a two-bedroom vacation rental within an existing single-family home, offering short-term stays of up to 30 days at a time. The property is situated on the south side of Crystal Lane, approximately 330 feet east of the intersection with 7th Avenue, in the Live Oak Planning Area.
