Property development
- A permit application has been filed for a remodel and addition at 150 Geoffroy Drive, near the intersection with 16th Avenue on the ocean side of the street. The proposed project would add 85 square feet to the existing one-story, three-bedroom, three-bath home, increasing its total size to 1,644 square feet. Plans call for replacing the exterior wood siding with stucco, adding a pitched roof that will raise the building’s height, and updating exterior concrete areas, including 226 square feet of new concrete. The project requires both Site Development and Coastal Development Permits, as well as geologic and geotechnical review. (view details)

Note on today’s report: Some of the incidents listed are not recent. This can happen for a couple of reasons: Delays in agency reporting — sometimes officials don’t file reports right away, or agencies release batches of reports weeks later. Delays in public complaints — people may not notice or decide to contact police until some time after an incident. Please contact the responsible law-enforcement agency or your local elected officials if you have concerns about their delay in releasing information.
