The Santa Cruz County Clerk dropped another set of vote totals Monday afternoon, bringing more clarity to races and measures on last week’s ballot. On the Campaign Trail: Koenig wins, Brown, De Serpa, Martinez advance in supes races; Trigueiro, Brunner, Kalantari-Johnson win city council seats; 3 local races still too close to call
With almost all the vote in, only three local races – District 5 county supervisor, Santa Cruz City Council District 5 and the Watsonville hospital bond measure – remain to be called; statewide, Proposition 1 is also too close to call.
